The Melton Grand is a dual residence. Residence ONE is the fully self contained top floor where Townsville's skyline becomes your backdrop and every moment feels like a retreat. This property can be booked along with Residence TWO downstairs which is also fully self contained for Sublime guests. To book both residences please send a request. Both residences are available together or separately for total privacy and flexibility across the full property.

Step through the entrance of the main residence and feel immediately at home. Timber floors warm underfoot, high ceilings overhead, and generous living zones. The large front deck is where mornings begin: coffee in hand, Castle Hill bathed in early light, the city just waking below. It is the kind of scene that slows time.

Please note our pool is shared between Residence ONE and TWO. We have strict opening hours to maintain quiet for all our residents. As this is an Infinity POOL - guests are prohibited from jumping in the pool or using pool toys as the water pours out of the pool when this occurs.

The lock up garage only fits one small car. We do have parking just in front of the garage for one car for Residence One (to the right) and Residence Two (to the left) as you look at the property. Free parking is on the slip street just next to our driveway. Please be guided by the white marker on the ground and leave enough room for gate to swing.

STRICTLY - No Parties

Guest numbers must not exceed those listed in your booking unless arranged prior. A noise monitoring device is installed at the property. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record any conversations. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

STRICTLY - No Smoking

Smoking or vaping inside the home or on the balcony is strictly prohibited. A $400 fee applies if smoke is detected inside the property.

A $150 surcharge applies if cigarette butts are found on the grounds.

STRICTLY - No drugs, illegal activity or candles.

Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and grounds.

PROPERTY DAMAGE - All damage to the property must be paid for by the booking guest. A security deposit is held at the start of the booking and will be used to cover damage. Pre-check in photos are taken to support this process.

PERSONAL INJURY - The hosts, the property owner, or any other representative shall not be liable or responsible for: (a) any personal injury or consequential damage of any nature whatsoever, however caused, that may be suffered or sustained by the guests or by any other person who may be upon the Premises; or (b) any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, howsoever caused, to the Premises, any property belonging to the guests or to any other person while such property is in or about the Premises. Occupants must report breakages immediately (or as soon as practical) and are responsible for loss or damage of property belonging to them, or their guests, and for the damage or loss of property belonging to the property during their stay. The hosts strongly recommend all guests to take out travel & health insurance.

LIFE IN NORTH QUEENSLAND - This property undergoes certified annual pest inspection and treatments. In North Queensland, ants, spiders and cockroaches are a natural part of the tropical environment, and weather changes can sometimes increase activity beyond our control. Please feel free to use the spray provided if you notice any pests. If you experience anything more significant, please contact your host so we can assist promptly.
