The patio is a favourite spot for guests to soak up the ocean views with outdoor dining and relaxed seating under the umbrella. Just beneath it, your private fenced courtyard adds another space to enjoy throughout the day.

Inside the ground‑floor unit, enjoy year‑round comfort with air‑conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Make the most of downtime with WiFi and streaming TV. The open dining and kitchen space is equipped for holiday cooking, including a Nespresso machine with pods, plenty of dinnerware and glassware, and a convenient washer‑dryer combo. Both bedrooms are generously sized with comfortable beds, fresh linens and wardrobe storage, with the master bedroom opening directly onto the patio.

A secure lock‑up garage offers premium parking for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available at the front for extra convenience.

GUEST ACCESS

This unit is part of a complex situated on The Strand. The residence offers its own private entrance through the courtyard located on the adjacent side street.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit excluding a locked supplies cupboard in the living area. Self check-in is via a safety lock box, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival process.

GETTING AROUND

Townsville Shuttle Services offers transport between Townsville Airport and the city. Operating 7 days a week meeting most major flights. You can book online or call them directly.

If you have a vehicle, you'll appreciate the convenience and security of the undercover garage. Additionally, there is free street parking available right in front of the unit.

No car, no problem! This prime location is perfect for those on foot. You'll find nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance or E-scooter ride away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay. For example people, traffic, construction or nearby businesses.

This is a ground floor apartment with a small set of stairs leading up to the patio and additional stairs descending to the garage area. No lift available. The apartment itself is single level with no internal stairs. 

Please note that the maximum clearance of the car parking garage is approximately 2.1 meters height and 2.5m width.
