This is a spacious light and bright ground floor apartment, with everything one could need for a short or long stay. 

There is a private laundry accessible externally. 

From a local's perspective, this really is a fantastic location. You are just a moment from the beach where you can walk, swim, kayak, sail, shop, eat, drink and be merry. Being just two blocks back, you are far enough away from the traffic and noise that accompanies life on The Strand.

You are welcome to a free coffee on us from the coffee shop opposite, and the best pizza in town is on the other side at Tony's!

Please note:

1. There is no shade over the patio and table and chairs area for Apartment 1. There is a shaded area in the garden you are most welcome to use.
2. The grassy garden area surrounding the apartment is common ground.
3. The patio and bbq is shared between Apartment 1 and 2
4. A few times a year (e.g. New Year), street parking can become an issue. Our fully fenced yard is big enough to park cars for guests staying in Apartment 1 and 2. Please just ask if you'd like access to it (or you'd prefer to park your car in the yard at night).
5. There are no screens on windows at this property, and no double glazing, so please expect some noise on weekends and light (we do not have curtains only shutters).
6. Unit 2 and 3 are within the same building. There is very little sound proofing between the units.

As mentioned, the block encompasses a large 3 bed executive appartment on the first floor (sleeps up to 10), and a 2 bed apartment next door (sleeps up to 4). If you are here with friends and family, and would like to rent out the entire block, please contact us for availability and a special rate.  Private entrance at the front and back of the property.
