Our unit is owned privately and is bespoke. Our hosting is top notch supported by a Townsville local who is available throughout your stay. We do charge a cleaning fee which pays for the quality clean, bespoke linen, maintenance and hosting. We have priced this competitively so that your total stay is competitive with the full rate of the serviced apartment (who also advertise on Airbnb) You have full access to the facilities but not the concierge as this is our job.

Address 91, 4 Alpin Street. You can park near the Railway Cafe. Next go through to the big grey apparent block, key to get in. Head to tower C, up the stairs or lift, through to the furthest block on the river and the apartment is top floor furtherest left. The lift doesn’t require key access.
