GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have exclusive private access to the entire unit excluding a locked supplies cupboard in the living area. Self check-in is via a safety lock box, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival process.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Discover Rowes Bay and Jezzine Barracks.  Stroll alongside the calm waters with coconut palms and views of Magnetic Island. At your doorstep, explore the Rowes Bay and Belgian Gardens café district. Landmark highlights along The Strand include the Rockpool, Strand Pier, Waterpark, Tobruk Pool and Breakwater Marina. 

Townsville Shuttle Services offers transport between Townsville Airport and the city. Operating 7 days a week meeting most major flights. You can book online or call them directly. If you have a vehicle, you'll appreciate the convenience and security of the secure garage. Additionally, there is free street parking available right in front of the house

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

There is a pool table room with a pool table, but the flooring is uneven and not recommended from a safety point of view. This room will be locked, but if you prefer to have access in full knowledge the flooring isn't level, please let me know

This property fronts onto a slip road off the main road through to Pallarenda. The beach is in front of that. It is a fabulous location close to The Strand beach and Pallarenda walking path. Please note there may be noise from the road.

There is an outside clothes line but no dryer.
