This spacious family friendly apartment is designed to be enjoyed! The heart of the home is the open plan living area with large doors & windows providing natural lighting. Spread out and relax with indoor or outdoor dining options. The balcony is the ideal spot fire up the electric Weber BBQ or just put your feet up and take in the seaside ambience.

Stay cool inside with air-conditioning and fans throughout the apartment. The lounge area is a comfortable space that invites you to unwind and enjoy the TV streaming and WiFi entertainment.

Guests frequently compliment the kitchen, which is stocked with everything you need to prepare your favourite holiday meals. You'll find modern appliances and an abundance of glasses, tableware, cookware, and utensils. Make the most of the Nespresso coffee machine, blender, air-fryer, sandwich press, and more.

The 2 bedrooms are generously sized with fresh linen, mirrored built in wardrobes and their own private balconies! The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, additional smart TV and ensuite bathroom with double basin. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 4 people with a twin-over-full bunk bed and additional single bed. If you would like to spread out further, there's a sofa bed in the living area. Linen is available for a fee upon request.

The main bathroom is designed with a shower over bathtub. Additionally, there's a convenient in-unit laundry equipped with both washing machine and tumble dryer.

We've got you covered with all the essentials for kids, beach & pool toys, games such as the Townsville edition of Monopoly and kid-friendly tableware. Travel cot & highchair available by request.

The shaded pool enclosure is located at the back of the complex and is a shared space for all guests and residents of the building. Grab the outdoor chairs from the apartment and unwind poolside after a refreshing dip.

Magnetic Views Apartments is a secure gated complex for your peace of mind. There are two secure parking spaces available for your stay. One undercover and the other to the rear of the building. Additional visitor and free street parking is available nearby.

GETTING AROUND

Townsville Shuttle Services offers transport between Townsville Airport and the city. Operating 7 days a week meeting most major flights. You can book online or call them directly.

If you have a vehicle/s, you'll appreciate the convenience of 2 secure car spaces, one in the undercover garage and the other behind the complex. Additionally, there is visitor parking and free street parking available nearby.

No car, no problem! This prime location is perfect for those on foot. You'll find nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance or E-scooter ride away!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The apartment is part of a complex with neighbouring units. Guests may hear some noise during their stay including people, traffic, construction or nearby businesses.

Situated on the 2nd floor, this apartment requires guests to climb two sets of stairs for access. There is no lift available. The apartment itself is a single-level unit with no internal stairs.

Please note that the maximum clearance of the car parking garage is approximately 2 meters height and 2.9m width.
