Allawah is fully air conditioned and equipped to cater and accommodate 10+ 1 (this sofa bed is situated in Bedroom 2) guests comfortably with spacious bedrooms and 5 separate indoor and outdoor living zones. The floorplan allows for 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, ideal for multiple families.

If you are not a business booking, we require guests to have previous reviews to stay at this property. We do need your full name and home location for guest vetting purposes. This is because this is a high end property.

Please note - We do not allow loud parties, bucks, hens or schoolies groups of any kind

We can only host intimate gatherings of up to 20 people organised by a licensed planner.

Guests must be mindful of neighbours who require quiet hours between 10pm-7am.

Please note that North Queensland pools are heated by the sun. The temperature of our pool depends on the season.

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited

There are 2 smart TVs in the property. Please feel free to login using your personal TV apps e.g. Netflix, and remember to logout on departure.
