The open area dining and kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all you need for holiday cooking. There is a Nespresso coffee machine & pods supplied for your morning brew, a blender for smoothies & cocktails, and even a popcorn maker to add a fun touch to movie nights! 

The two generously sized bedrooms offer comfortable beds, fresh linens and wardrobe storage. The master bedroom features an additional TV and access to the patio. 

The secure lock-up garage provides premium space for one car. Additional free street parking is available at the front of the property if you prefer or have an extra vehicle. 

Beach Bar Residence is situated at the Rockpool end of The Strand with playgrounds & picnic areas, a swimming net, beach volleyball courts, Jezzine Barracks boardwalk and locally loved cafes and restaurants just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

GUEST ACCESS

This unit is part of a complex situated on The Strand. The residence offers its own private entrance through the courtyard located on the adjacent side street.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit excluding a locked supplies cupboard in the living area. Self check-in is via a safety lock box, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival process.

GETTING AROUND
Townsville Shuttle Services offers transport between Townsville Airport and the city. Operating 7 days a week meeting most major flights. You can book online or call them directly. 

If you have a vehicle, you'll appreciate the convenience and security of the secure garage. Additionally, there is free street parking available right in front of the unit. 

No car, no problem! This prime location is perfect for those on foot. You'll find nearby shops, restaurants, cafes, and a bus stop all within easy walking distance or E-scooter ride away. 

IMPORTANT NOTES

Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay. For example people, traffic, construction or nearby businesses. 

This is a ground floor apartment with a small set of stairs leading up to the patio and additional stairs descending to the garage area. No lift available. The apartment itself is single level with no internal stairs. 

Maximum clearance of the car parking garage is approximately 2.1 meters height and 2.5m width. 

You'll find a washing machine in the kitchen for your laundering needs. The apartment does not have a dishwasher or tumble dryer.
