This top floor unit spans across the entire property and offers 2 large bedrooms (1 includes a study desk) and a king single bedroom with study desk.

The property has a lovely calm feel about it with sublime furnishings and glorious light.

The location is great if you are looking to have easy access to the city/ v8s track and QLD country bank stadium.

This is a large home which can be rented as one to a large family or to corporate guests looking for privacy and 'home-like facilities' in the same location. Enjoy a large private deck overlooking the garden and pool.

The garden and pool and external laundry are shared with our guests downstairs.

There is parking for one car inside our secure gate for this unit. Plenty of on street parking.

The upstairs unit is accessed from the back of the house currently due to a refurb on the front deck stairs. The back stairs join onto the deck area of unit 2 downstairs. 

This is the upstairs floor of a traditional queenslander. There are stairs up to the entrance at both the front and back of the property.

Our pool is only heated by the sun :)

Bi-weekly lawn care and pool servicing occurs at this property. We are unable to provide a specific schedule. We appreciate you letting us know a few days in advance if you would prefer us not to attend during your stay.
